Studio 438 was designed as the most complete single shooter rental space possible in the Greater Portland Maine area. The combination of lush southwest light and a range of window modifiers make the space exciting for natural light shoots. The available hardware, gaff and strobe lighting makes 438 a complete package for the all other still work. From 10,000 watt/seconds of power to variator sources down to 19 watt/seconds, lots and lots more is available for rental. The shooting space measures 22’x35’ with a ceiling height of 15’ within an overall footprint of 25'x50'. The studio rents for $400 per day plus equipment rental and $500 per day with the kitchen module and accessories. Prop stylists, food stylists and photo assistant referals available. The freight elevator moves your equipment from off street loading dock to our 4th floor studio so easily. Come and work with us and enjoy the the sound and view of the river below.
